NEW Dress Georgeous Yellow

Nice color V neck, short sleeve, pleat in front and back with left side short zipper... tag on it see pic but no material info...definietley has some stretch if needed.. armpit to armpit 17inch .... length 37 inch from shoulder to bottom....so pretty on. Im 5'3" 138. It is a tad too bif for me..... it is a very forgiving dress.. new with tag. Length from shoulder 38 "
