NEW!!! FOREVER flowy mini-dress

NWOT beautiful dress, size small, smooth, lightweight satin material, with long ties at the throat and a small slit under them. Can be worn with or without a belt... All around beautiful garment, which I just bought today but unfortunately it's too small for me. It measures 14" at the chest when flat, has a straight A-line figure, and measures 32" from shoulder to hem. Will probably fit up to a 36B or a 34C Unfortunately I'm a 36DD ... I'm heartbroken that this doesn't fit me💘
