New without tags; has defects. Defects being the left sleeve cuff bottom button hole is missing the reinforcement stitching which can be easily done by sewing machine with the right setting. A local repair shop could probably stitch in five minutes. Also we noted the right sleeve cuff seam looks distressed on one corner. Please see pictures, thank you! Offers are welcome!!!
