New without tags; has defects. Defects being the back left side of the waist seam is slightly dirty. We don't know if it's food splatter or something off a warehouse table. Also drawstring is missing. Maybe a local fabric or craft store will have something comparable to replace it with? A wide black shoe lace would work as well for a replacement.
