Waist - 12.5”
Waist to bottom hem of skirt - 18.5”

@beardm916 Hi there! Thanks for asking about this item! 😊 I just checked the fabric and it's definitely not a stiff fabric. It's flowy, which moves really nicely, still soft but not flimsy like cheap cotton-blend fabric. It will definitely not pill and be really easy to clean.

@beardm916 To answer about the stretch, I believe the polyester fabric (including the lining, which feels like cotton) is a plain-weave with very minimal to no stretch horizontally or vertically.

@beardm916 And I also have to apologize about my closet availability: I don't have a car nor a printer and during these times I believe it is best to avoid public transport and places where possible so that every party will be safe.
