NEW Floral Sz Medium Empire Waist Stretchy Knee Length Beach Dress SURF GEAR

This dress is size medium and made by Surf Gear. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It is made with 95% polyester and 5% elastane and is machine washable. It has elastic under the bust and two side pockets. The bust measures 19" across the bust, the elastic under the bust measures 16 1/2" across unstretched and it is 37 1/2" in length. Very nice dress.
