NEW Floral V-neck Ruffle Dress

This dress has never been worn, only tried on. Unfortunately it did not fit me right and the pictures don’t do it justice so I have added some of the stock pictures. Would be adorable with heels, cowboy boots,or sandals. Very lightweight and feminine.
