NEW Foley & Corinna Black Silk and Velvet Dress XS

BRAND NEW never worn Foley & Corinna black silk dress with rushing throughout and velvet accents (straps and a bow in the back). Bought this at a sample sale so it's marked as "S" but fits more like an XXS. Bust is 13.5" across and approximately 31" long. Sadly this no longer fits me so I have to let it go. Dress has side zip closure.
