NEW Forever 21 Teal Cocktail Dress

Brand new teal cocktail dress from Forever 21. Size small and fits like a small. Falls to mid-thigh and has a slit in the back (see photo). Got it as a gift, but it's slightly too big on me so it's been sitting in storage. Shell: 57% polyester, 41% cotton, 2% spandex. Lining: 100% polyester. Note: this dress only has one layer and the lining refers to the interior fabric of the dress and does not indicate a separate lining. Sorry no trades, but offers are welcome!
