NEW Green Beaded Hi Lo Dress Sz 4

Olive dress features hand beading on bodice & straps. Ruffles cascade down the skirt, finishing off in a hi lo hem. Pleated bodice, V-neck & back, padded cups, hidden side zipper. Dress is new with tags, but there's a slight stain on the back (last photo) that's hard to notice; maybe can be removed. Price discounted for this.
