NEW Halcyon Days Porcelain & Enamel Bonbonnieres Golf Ball Trinket Box which reads *Work Is For People Who Don't Play Golf* NEW with box. No visible flaws. This charming Halcyon Days Bonbonnieres porcelain and enamel trinket box is made in England and is in perfect NEW condition. The box is fashioned in the form of a golf ball with raised dimples, and the bottom of the golf ball has HALCYON DAYS 1 painted on it. There is a screw-on lid with the exterior of the lid featuring golf tees and a saying, “Work is for people who don’t play golf”. Once the lid is removed, there is a sweet little monochrome image of a golf ball and club head surprise painted on the underside of the lid. There is also a stamp on the interior of the golf ball which says “HD London”. Includes original presentation box and authenticity card. I purchased this in 2001 while in London as a gift but decided to keep it for myself. It has been stored away in its collector’s box and has never been out of the box or displayed. It really deserves to be displayed! Approximate measurements: Height: 1.75” with lid. Diameter: 1.75” - It’s the actual size of a golf ball. Comes from a Smoke and Pet Free Environment.
