Pristinely Designed with a lined red, stretchy, crochet elastic bodice, this dress will stretch to fit the average Size 4T - 6 Youth, and Petite little ladies who are a slender 7 Youth. The bodice is topped with a v-neck with a soft double-sided, rich blue satin ribbon that flows down to the back of the bodice, slips in the upper center, and ties into a soft, flowy bow that can be adjusted for the child's size. The bodice is complimented with a matching double-sided rich blue satin ribbon waistband. The Skirt of the dress is designed and hand knotted of two full layers of tulle. The outer layer is crafted of bright red tulle patterned with shiny white stars all over it. the lower layer is a full layer of bright red shiny tulle. The skirt is topped off with 4 sets of white double-sided satin ribbon 'streamers' that flow down the skirt. The length of the skirt from the bodice is Approx 11 1/2 - 12 inches.
