NEW Hello Molly Angel Biba Choker Lace Top Dress

NWT. Bought it from Hello Molly. Choker with zipper on the back, lace with bandeau lining on top, and high-low bottom. Worn here with lace shorts (not included). Can be worn as a top or dress. Very pretty and unique, but it’s just been sitting in my closet. It says it’s a size 8, but it definitely runs VERY small, as I’m usually 0-2 and this fits me.
