stephanieree606 hi, I purchased this item from you. It was not new. It was in the box though. I honestly don’t have a problem with it not being new, but my problem is that it’s still connected to your Blink account. Meaning that I can’t use it until you disconnect the item from your account. It would be highly appreciated if you would do so thank you. Once that occurs I'll accept the delivery. Thank you.

kylie_anderson1 @stephanieree606 Hi!!! I am so sorry I saw you opened a case! I’m not able to find the device in my amazon account so i’m connecting with blink to see if they can disconnect it. I apologize! I never used it (landlord didn’t allow it) but I did scan the QR when I received it to figure out how to set it up. I didn’t realize that would inable the next user from setting it up or I would have disabled my account before sending. Working on this now and will let you know what I can figure out!
