NEW International Concepts Dress Black & Blue Geometric Pattern Size XL Petite

New with tags: International Concepts dress in size Petite XL. Dress is a blue, black, white & tan geometric design. It features 3/4 sleeves, v neckline, and a cross over front that gathers on one side. The back inside of the dress is lined with black material. Approx measurements: 19" sleeve length, 42" from top of shoulder to the bottom of the dress, 20 1/2" from pit to pit. I am not a professional seamstress so all measurements are done to the best of my ability. Material is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The liner is 100% polyester. Original retail is $89.50. I am an experienced seller and all items are packaged with care. PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT AMAZON. I am one person, a Senior, who lives in a rural area.
