Brand new. A crisp, sturdy, quality poplin fabric in a beautiful, sweet navy watercolor dot pattern. The size is a little flexible since it is a bit stretchy, like a smocked top. I think it may fit someone who wears a size small too. Comes with a spare button. Please see measurements. The cinched, ruffled waist and cloth-covered buttons lining the front make this such sweet, feminine, and flattering top.
