The Penelope Bow Barrette features Swarovski crystal and pearl adornment on a lush silk velvet ribbon. Each bow is constructed by hand in our Brooklyn studio, and is finished in the back with an automatic barrette closure, making it possible to wear a number of ways: in the back of the hair, swept to the side, above a ponytail, and more. The Penelope Bow Barrette is made by hand in New York of silk velvet, with Swarovski crystal and pearl, and a steel automatic barrette closure. We recommend treating this bow as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing in the dust bag when not in use.
