Skirt is made from multiple layers of soft shimmering tulle, matching the teal tone of the rest of the gown. No zipper, comfortable, non-itchy, tag-less, for kid friendly dressing. No glitter mess. Machine washable in gentle cycle , tumble dry low or medium heat.  Our dresses are created with sensory sensitive children in mind. Material: 100% polyester. Skirt lining 100% cotton.
