NEW Jessica London Dress

This is a lovely NEW Jessica London Dress. It's a pretty floral pattern with pinks, oranges white & light blue. It's a wrap style top with a snap at the v & a tie to one side. The skirt is full with a ruffle finish that crosses in the front, slightly open over one leg (the skirt is midi length, so it's a tasteful opening). Measures on front laying flat: * Armpit to armpit 21.5" * Waist 19.5" - 22" ( some flexibility with the tie) * Length 55" (Approximately 6" shorter where it crosses in front). This is new & in new condition.
