NEW Kara and Kate Navy Maxi dress - XL

Lightweight 100% polyester navy blue dress with belt. Right sided zipper 21” pit to put 50” from shoulder to bottom hem Brand new, however, oddly there is no left side belt loop. There is a belt loop on the right side. Not sure that it needs the loops because it is a loose fitted dress and I’m not sure if there should have been a loop and it was just off. Uncertain.
