33marykai Hi! I guess I'm Cinderella because this company's size 10 fits me fine. They're well made and very comfortable with good arch support built in. 33marykai When you refuse to reply to buyers you lose the sale and lose your privelige to sell on this site. I have petitioned the Poshmark LEGAL department to remove your fraudulent closet from their website. My money was on hold for a week while you ignored the sale order. I will not stop until your bogus closet is removed from this site. This is an internationally published website that is highly regulated by consumer FRAUD laws .

33marykai I really wanted these boots but you didn't answer my messages and you never even acknowledged that you received my order. I waited all week to give you a chance to just talk to me, acknowledge that you received my order and tell me about when you'd be shipping my order. We are all struggling within a failing national economy. I am physically Disabled and use a wheelchair. It is very very difficult for me to get any money for clothing and other necessities ( continue on next page)

33marykai I cannot afford to have someone hold onto my money for a week while never replying to let me know if I will ever get what I bought. Would you like to be mistreated that way? This ordeal has been extremely and unnecessarily stressful to me. I really need some boots that I can afford, and I was so happy when I found these for sale. If you are able to list them directed to me I will buy them.

33marykai Thank you. It happens too frequently that Poshmark keeps totally inactive accounts online which is very frustrating. I had bought 4 items with yours ( from 4 sellers) and two sellers didn't respond to my purchase. It became difficult for me financially because Poshmark won't start a refund process for 7 days, then they ask me to wait another "3-10 days" for them to do it. It was stressful that 2 of my orders didn't get replied to. I know the sellers have busy busy lives and often (cont.)

33marykai often can't ship right away. Just let the buyer know you got the order, and let the buyer know you're a bit busy and can't ship until next week ( or whenever) . I'm sure you are acting in good faith and I really appreciate you explaining what happened. FYI Poshmark has a way to let you temporarily shut down your sales if you go on vacation or something. Your closet pictures stay up but there is a note that says you are away until whenever.Best wishes
