@scgirlygirl to add on this, I’ve actually measured a few times! Based on the fabric tape measure that I use, the “true” waist measurement is between 31 inches and 31.5 inches. Because I do not have a mannequin at home to hold the skirt steady for an exact measurement, please allow a 0.5 inch Margin of Error in measurement. Thanks again!
