NEW LORAC Santa Monica Eye/Cheek Palette

LORAC’s Santa Monica Palette is one of five palettes inspired by the city of Los Angeles. This palette contains a total of six pans: four eyeshadows, a highlighter, and a blush. A quick seller when released, this is a limited production and is no longer made. According to make-up experts, these shades apply with perfection and high-pigmentation, in a soft blendable texture. The blush and highlighter would work just as well on the eyes to expand the versatility of this high-end palette.
