NEW Ladies ANN TAYLOR White & Black Cotton Skirt 4

This is an absolutely beautiful 100% cotton true white with black scroll embroidery fully lined knee length fit and flare a line skirt by ANN TAYLOR. It is brand new, in perfect condition and a size 4. There is gorgeous vertical black embroidered scroll down each panel. The fabric is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. The WAIST measures 29 inches and the HIPS of the inner lining measure 43 inches and the LENGTH from the top of the shoulder to the hem measures 22 1/4 inches.
