This is brand new in the original package from Lands' End. It did not come with tags. It is very high quality, as you would expect. The color is deep sea, which is a beautiful dark blue (nearly navy). It has a zipper and snaps, and a removable hood. It has both patch pockets and hand pockets (see last photo). Inner drawstring cord adjust waist. Inner seams are covered with a cute floral fabric. Size small petite (6-8), generous fit.
