New with tags! Perfect condition chiffon dress. Blue Chiffon (100% polyester). Sleeveless. V-neckline. Low back. Pleated finish skirt. Fully lined. Inserted bra padding. Dress runs run true to size. Open back strap top with a pleated bottom. The color is kinda between the model photo and my photos. Mine look a little dull, the blue hits a little brighter in real life and would look amazing with proper lighting/sunlight.
