NEW Light Blue Skirt, Size 14

BEAUTIFUL whispy, light blue skirt with yellow waistband. Drawstring waist. Fully lined. Grace Elements, Size 14. Skirt is new with tags but has a very light faint small stain. See photo. Not noticeable except under bright lights. Nice quality piece. Waist measurement laying flat is approximately 17” across. Approximate length is 24” long.
