New dress, by Maggie & Zoe. “I Believe In Mermaids” glittery print. Multi-layer, full, tulle skirt (I think it’s 2 layers of Tulle & 1 solid layer). The top is a light heather gray. This was a birthday gift, and the tags were removed, prior to being gifted, so I don’t know pricing details. I’m also unfamiliar with this brand. Seems like something you might find at Nordstrom Rack or TJ Maxx? Excellent condition- only minor flaw is that on the *interior* chest, there’s a thin layer of material that’s starting to lift- see last photo.
