@marumimi The length of the top of the boot laying flat is approximately 9.5 inches. It does have a tie at the very top so you can make it looser if needed. About mid-way up the boot is 7.5 inches. Hope this helps!

They seem narrow, but based on the 4th picture the fit looks loose. I can't be sure how they would fit you but there is a tie at the top to adjust the tightness there.
