These pants are size 3X and made by Nick & Sarah. They are made with 100% soft polyester and machine washable. They are new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. They have an elastic waist with a drawstring and two front pockets. The waist measures 18 1/2" across unstretched, the hips measure 24 1/2" across and the inseam is 30 1/2". Very comfy pants.
