Has a lot of stretch. 74% nylon, 26% spandex. Measures unstretched, 23" waist, 9" rise, 8 3/4" inseam, 17 1/4" total length measured from one side. Will be happy to bundle items to save on shipping. Many small sizes listed. Also, quite a few unique vintage items. NOTE: Not always stored in a non-smoking environment. Item is perfect, and is in a sealed bag, just mentioning for those with scent sensitivity. I also burn scented candles in my home and fabrics can pick up those scents even if they are in a closed room. All pre worn clothing has been laundered and will not be listed unless it is in very good or excellent condition. Some of my clothing is also unworn.
