NEW Navy Blue Plus Sz 3X Elastic Waist Stretchy Tiered Maxi Skirt Side Pockets

This skirt is size 3XL and made by White Mark. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It is made with 96% soft polyester and 4% spandex and machine washable. It has an elastic waist and two side pockets. The waist measures 228 1/2" across unstretched, the hips measure 32 1/2" across and is approximately 42 1/2" in length. Very nice skirt.
