These pants are new without tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. They are size large (14-16) and made by Lands End. They have an elastic waist and two side pockets. These pants measure 16 1/2" across at the waist unstretched, the hips measure about 23" across and the inseam is 29 1/2". They are made with 100% soft, stretchy cotton and are machine washable. Very comfy pants.
