NEW Navy contrast trim notched collar tunic

Navy blue with teal and white trim. New, never worn or washed. I just got this from Zulily and I have it priced less than I paid, but it's too much of a pain to return- it's too tight in my chest. 20" from armpit to armpit, 27" long, cotton/poly mix- no stretch- but floaty in the tummy area. Need more info or measurements? Just ask! Prices have been marked 30% off and are now firm, unless bundled.
