NEW Off shoulder vintage-style dress with bow (cocktail)

NEW with Tags, HELYO BRAND Extra Large (XL) Knee-length, off-shoulder, half-sleeve pencil dress with bow; 1940/1950s Vintage-style) work, casual or cocktail dress XL, Black with white trim Super cute, soft and comfy. Tried on but not worn. Because the material is super soft I feel that the bow flops down a little. (It may stay up better if ironed/pressed or tacked in place eg a couple of stitches).
