hmalbert @beauty05 If you're familiar with foundations, BB creams and BB creams, foundations have either sheer/medium/full coverage. And both BB and CC creams are a very sheer coverage. So my answer would be not likely to cover any type of circles under the eyes. Hope that helps.

hmalbert @beauty05 Although Physicians Formula is an excellent drugstore product and the BB cream may be buildable. Since it's not specifically for under eye/blemish marks it most like won't cover up stubborn under eye circles. I use the yellow concealer from PF for covering mine and it's amazing since it's so lightweight and won't cake up.
