NEW Red Sparkly Tulle Dress (XS/3T)

Made in the USA! Brand new with tags. Adorable red shiny dress with THREE layers of tulle (very poofy skirt). The dress bodice is a one-piece leotard and shiny (with small dots). There is a band of roses at the waist (this is sewn in at a few points so it does not appear to be removable). The hem of the tulle has sequins. The dress was too small for my daughter who is 3 and in the 90th percentile (she mostly wears 4T now). So even though the tag is marked XS, I think it’s more like a size 3T.
