kaitlynmae @solisl33 These meausre 14.5" across the top laying flat and unstretched, but the material is that SUPER stretchy soft material so they have plenty of give. The other pair of shorts you commented on are also 14.5", but that style isn't at all as stretchy-- they are pretty firm with just a lil spandex.
