@cricket1111 from the shoulder hem to the crotch lieing flat for M is 25” and stretches to 30 with ease, comfort stretch to 27” I would say. For the S size 23” flat and stretches with ease to 28” but probably most comfort 26”. Lmk if you need across measurements too!
