Are there any additional fabric layers below the bottom portion of the dress?

Well, funny you should ask. I never noticed but this dress has 2 separate layers. There is the front sheath part with a slit in the back that the body goes in. It is lined and very well made. Then, there is an attached train portion behind that does have toile and makes it puffy. I added 5 more pictures. Thanks, Debra
