NEW Shopcider.com floral corset dress WITH SHORTS underneath -- XL

This dress was purchased from shopcider.com new for $36 USD, still has tags on! Corset style tie-up bust (decorative only). Lace lining underneath. AND IT HAS SHORTS UNDERNEATH -- which is great because it's a pretty short dress. I only wore it to try it on and determined it was too large for me in the hips (size 10). Fits my bust perfectly though (36DD)!
