suncheyenne16 @hashimama hello! Smudge sticks are used to clean out negative energies. The plants I use once burned are considered aromatherapy helping to calm the nerves and help with sleep as well. The crystals are charged and are really just a reminder for certain things and can be used in sacred spaces for yoga and meditation. I use 100% all natural products including some: Silver Sage, Garden Sage, yarrow and more 😊 great for helping to create your calm and sacred space
