e_charbeneau Hi Jessica, are you sure these are women’s 9? it says!on tag size 41 which is usually 9 1/2 or 10 women’s… do they run small? And are they actually navy blue? They look black in the photo. Thank you!

jessicamcardell @e_charbeneau Hello. They are navy blue. I measured from the top of the big toe to the bottom of the heel and it measures 10 1/2 inches I wear a size 9 1/2 and in my opinion the shoe is a 9 to a 9 1/2. Let me know if you need any additional information.
