NEW Steiff 116/6 Lavender Blouse

This blouse is absolutely gorgeous! New with tags, purchased overseas and never wore. Brand is Steiff, just like the teddy bears! Lovely lavender silk chiffon outer layer, lined with 100% cotton layer. Bear appliqué on the left arm. Please note this shirt has a couple of issues although it is new. The silk is very delicate and appears to have a run on each arm along the seam. Each run is about 1”. Please see pictures.
