rainbeaux227 Hello @janeneeddy Are you receiving the notifications from Poshmark? I contacted their customer support, and was told they have sent you the new shipping label, but that the dress has still not been shipped. The dress has been paid for since 8/04. Is there anyway you could send that to me please?

janeneeddy Sorry its been so long but I am having trouble getting the label. I keep emailing and they say they are having technical problems getting the label to me. I don't know if you still want this or not, let me know.

rainbeaux227 Hi @janeneeddy Yes. I do still want the dress. I also contacted them and was told that they have sent the label several times. I will try to send you another reminder label and see of it works. I will contact them once more as well. I don't know what the problem is.

rainbeaux227 Okay, I contacted Poshmark support and figured out what the problem is. They said the reason they can't send you the shipping label yet is b/c you have not entered a return address on your Poshmark account profile. Would you mind updating that info. On your account so they can send you a label? And I do still want the dress. If you wouldn't mind shipping it as soon as you get the label. Thanks!

janeneeddy Hi thank you so much for your patience, obviously this is my first post and just learning. I checked my address and it was in there, but I just submitted it again. Is that all I have to do now and they will automatically send a label or do I have to request it?

rainbeaux227 I think you may have to contact them again and let them know the situation and that you return address is on your account. They r pretty quick to respond actually. I emailed their support center from the app on my phone. It's support@poshmark.com. Just be sure to include the order Id in the email. If u don't have it I can send it to u to include. Let me know. Thanks

rainbeaux227 Sorry for the long comments, but it is the only way for us to communicate. Also, there are two address fields on your Poshmark profile. One for a "shipping address" and one for a "return address" Be sure that both are filled in, even if it's the exact same address. They may have to have both filled in.
