NEW Tatyana Belted Swing Dress

NWT "Four Anchors" fit and flare swing dress in a bright marigold meets mustard yellow color with matching belt (marigold color, not black) from Tatyana. Features amazing fluted sleeve details, pockets (!), and a burgundy graphic print of "Four Anchors" on the back. This is a midi length bowling style dress -- very retro 1950s Bowling Team Barbie. The garment is labeled an XS, but can fit a size Small. See measurements below. See photos for measurements — can be belted tighter, as shown. Flat measurements from the photos: bust is about 16.5” across. There are two measurements for the waist — the first is the flat measurement of the fabric (about 15” across), and the second shows the waist with a smaller setting on the belt (can cinch to about 12” across).
