NEW, UNWORN LACE DRESS WITH TAGS (from Tobi)

This is a beautiful blue/grey/purple lace mini dress with a tie-up back from the brand Tobi. It has never been worn, is in perfect condition, and has original tags (I love the dress, but I ended up wearing something else to the event I originally bought it for and it is now too small). Size S/P.
