Let me check now. My daughter is a 7. I will have her try them. (I bought them and literally have never worn them out. I have a feeling if I had, they may have been too tight for me). My other Italian shoes are a 39.

I think they would ideally fit a 7.5 with a narrow foot or a size 7 with a wide foot.They definitely are snug for a size 8, especially because of the pointed toe.
