NEW Vintage Bright Red Sz Small Casual or Dress Pleated Front Belted Pants

These pants are made by Symmetry. They are missing tags but measure like a size small and feel like cotton or a cotton blend. They zip and fasten in the pleated front, have belt loops and two side pockets. A belt is included. The waist measures 13" across at the waist, the hips measure 20" across and the inseam is 28".
