This is a new Jessica Simpson evening dress. It is a size 14 and has a 80-90's vibe to it. Dress is very flattering on but just a tad small at my breast area, so my loss is your gain. Beautiful black bow with gathering of material for a flattering look. Laying flat measurements are at the waist 16 in across and from top to bottom is 27 in (remember the top is at your breast, so this is not a short short dress nor is it long for me it fell above the knee a few inches) There are very small straps you can wear with it or not, I did take them out of the plastic package to show how it looks.
